Staying at this hotel was a delightful experience. The rooms were a nice touch, very clean, and comfortable, with views of the grey fox and cubs – a real bonus. Although not exactly like the picture, having robes provided for the stay added a luxurious touch. The spacious room also featured access to a huge shared 2nd floor balcony overlooking the distant mountains and downtown area.

My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were clean and comfortable, although not very upscale; they lacked a sitting chair and had thin toilet and facial tissues. On the bright side, the views of the grey fox and cubs were a nice bonus. The small lobby added to the charm of the place.

Rooms
7.0
My room was clean and comfortable, though not luxurious. It had 2 wood kitchen type chairs instead of a sitting chair. The bathtub/shower setup was slightly difficult to enter, and the toilet and facial tissue were of the thinnest material.
Service
9.0
The service was upbeat and welcoming, with superior attention from the staff. They were courteous and helpful, ensuring I had opportunities to use the spa facilities that were open from early morning till late at night.
Location

The location of the hotel was very clean, quiet, and extremely relaxing. The water surrounding the area was amazing, and I enjoyed the historical spa facilities. The shared 2nd-floor balcony provided stunning views of the mountains and downtown area.

Dining at the hotel was delightful. I particularly enjoyed the delicious bison sausage, a unique addition to the menu. The New Mexico themed lounge created a tasteful dining atmosphere, and the friendly staff member, Amy, made the experience even more pleasant.
